What are some effective ways of getting people to contribute to your Blog Stampede queries if you are starting a new blog?  I can't use HARO because they require a minimum Alexa rating of 2,000,000 if you are going to post your results on a website. 

I have tried forums and few websites for connecting guest posters with blog owners but I think the newness of the blog is eliminating interest.
