Do I have to sign a long term contract?

 

No. Blog Stampede is a pay-as-you-go service. You simply pay in monthly or annual installments. If you elect to cancel, you’ll be billed for the current installment only, but you won’t be billed again.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we only accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal.

What if my credit card expires or payment does not go through?

We will send you a courtesy notice to update your payment information.  After 10 days of non-payment your account will be put on hold, until your payment is updated.  After 45 days of non-payment, your account is consider canceled and you are removed from the system.

Our state-of-the-art computer facility is protected by modern security and surveillance technologies. Our product software and infrastructure is updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall.

What blog systems work with Blog Stampede?

Works on all major content management systems including WordPress, Typepad, Blogger, Drupal, Joomla. 

No technical skills required. Blog Stampede produces a simple Javascript and CSS code that is pasted into any blogging software or HTML web pages.  Just copy and paste the code where you want it.  The look can be customized using CSS for our more advanced users.

What happens to my blog posts if I cancel my Blog Stampede subscription?

Any data hosted by Blog Stampede is not accessible outside the system and cannot be exported.  If you cancel your account the data is archived for a 90 day period and then deleted.  You may elect to no longer use the Blog Stampede blog post service, but have Blog Stampede to continue hosting your data for $19/month.

Why can't I call someone?

With only online support the savings for us are tremendous – no additional office space, no special phone system, no dedicate phone support people – you get the picture.  And we forward those savings on to our customers, by keeping the price down.  And, if we may say so ourselves, the online support is second to none!
